Why Reydero exists.

Reydero was created to keep the conversation going.

Chandan Giri is the Founder and CEO of Reydero. He is focused on shaping the vision, product, community and long-term direction of the platform. His goal is to build Reydero into a meaningful space where people can discover ideas, share what they learn and connect through books and life experiences.

Saurabh Pandey

Co-Founder, MD & COO, Reydero

Saurabh Pandey is the Co-Founder, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Reydero. He is responsible for helping turn the company's vision into effective execution, strengthening operations and supporting the growth of the Reydero community.

As MD and COO, Saurabh focuses on the operational side of Reydero — helping build efficient processes, coordinate execution, support strategic decisions and ensure that the platform continues to grow around the needs of its users.

Reydero was founded by Chandan Giri with a simple belief: the ideas we discover through reading should have somewhere to go after we close the book.

With Saurabh Pandey as the Co-Founder, MD & COO, the focus extends beyond the idea itself — toward building the systems, operations and execution needed to turn Reydero into a lasting community.

Together, the founders want Reydero to become more than another social network. The ambition is to create a community where books, learning, self-expression and human connection can exist together.
