Certain Reydero features require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and not intentionally misleading.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law and circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Your content must not unlawfully violate another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity rights, contractual rights or other legally protected interests.
Content posted by users does not automatically represent the views or opinions of Reydero.
Remember that anything you publish publicly may be viewed, shared, copied or discussed by other people.
You retain ownership of original content that you own and publish on Reydero, subject to the rights of other people or organizations that may have an interest in that content.
To operate Reydero, you grant Reydero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, to the extent reasonably necessary, to host, store, reproduce, process, format, adapt, display and distribute your content through the platform and its technical systems.
This license allows Reydero to display your posts, process uploaded media, create thumbnails or previews, store backups, deliver content to users and operate the features you choose to use.
This license does not mean that Reydero becomes the owner of your original creative work.
Books and reading are at the heart of Reydero. Users may share reviews, reflections, interpretations, lessons, recommendations and personal reading experiences.
You must not upload or distribute complete books, pirated editions, unauthorized digital copies or substantial copyrighted material unless you have the necessary rights or permission.
Original summaries, reflections and explanations created by you may be shared when they comply with applicable law and the rights of relevant copyright owners.
Book reviews and reading opinions represent the person who published them. Reydero does not guarantee that every review, interpretation or recommendation is accurate or complete.
Reydero may provide social features that allow users to like, comment on, follow, save, share or otherwise interact with content and other members.
These features should be used for genuine participation and not deceptive manipulation.
You must not use fake accounts, bots, scripts, purchased engagement or coordinated deceptive activity to artificially manipulate likes, views, followers or other engagement.
Comments should contribute to conversation and must follow Reydero's Community Guidelines.
Reydero may review, restrict, remove, limit the visibility of, or otherwise take action regarding content or accounts when we reasonably believe that action is necessary to enforce these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, security requirements or community safety.
Users may report content, comments or accounts that they believe violate Reydero's rules.
You must not use Reydero for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful or technically malicious activities.
Reydero respects copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
If you believe content available through Reydero infringes your copyright or another intellectual property right, you may contact us with sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the concern.
The Reydero name, logo, branding, original designs, interface, software, platform features, original text and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Reydero is a social platform for readers and communities. Content published by users represents the views of those users and does not necessarily represent the views of Reydero.

Content on Reydero should not automatically be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, investment, mental-health or other expert advice.

When you use Reydero or communicate with us electronically, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to operate the service.
Communications may include account notifications, security alerts, service announcements, support responses and other operational messages.
If Reydero does not immediately enforce a particular provision of these Terms, that does not mean that Reydero has permanently waived its right to enforce that provision later.

The final governing-law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution wording should be updated once Reydero's legal entity, registered office and operating structure are formally established.
These Terms, together with the policies and rules expressly incorporated into them, describe the agreement between you and Reydero concerning your use of the platform, subject to any additional terms that apply to specific products or services.
